Playtime @ McKell Park

Two weekends ago, Nat and I made the most of the Spring like conditions by seeking out a nice quite park, throwing down a rug and enjoying a nice slug of vitamin D.

McKell park (for those who want to go check it out) is located on the point between Rushcutters Bay and Double Bay in Sydney's East. The park also comes complete with a cracking view of the glorious Sydney Harbour Bridge and Center Point Tower.

Here are a couple of shots from our little chillax at Mckell Park.

Enjoy.

Living the indo dream

Last week Nat & I flew over to Indonesia from some much needed fun in the sun to celebrate her 25th B'day in style.

We spent the majority of our time on a small island, a quick 30 minute "fast boat" ride east of the main-land of Bali, called Nusa Lembongan. Which literally was the definition of relaxation.

So if you're ever on the look-out for a super chilled, tropical holiday destination, Nusa Lembongan is a place that I can highly recommend. Our days generally consisted of reading, surfing, napping, eating nasi gorang and guzzling down Bintang's. HEAVEN!!

Here are a few shots from our incredible island getaway.

Enjoy!

Journal of Jonah

Its been 8 months since my bro Max saved Jonah from the quarry. When I saw him last weekend, I was blown away by how he's grown from a tiny fur-ball into the big bloke he is today.

Here are a few shots of Jonah in chronological order from the day he arrived home, to last weekend when he was giving me a run for my money with the soccer ball.

Enjoy.

Westward to the hills

Did a quick trip out to the folks place this weekend. We stopped on the side of the road a couple of times around the Hawkesbury (about an hour northwest of Sydney) for a few photo expression sessions.

Enjoy.

Warehouse Wonderland

Last night I found a memory card which had managed to slip down behind my cupboard. I threw it in the computer and found some photos from a foto session that Collo (another talented snapper) and I did a couple of months back.

These shots are from the abandoned Slazenger warehouse out in the suburbs of Alexandria, Sydney. The warehouse is a haven for many people including;  those handy with a can of paint, dodgy folk looking for an off-the-map rendezvous point and the homeless people looking for a place to crash for the night.

Needless to say, Collo and I were like kids in a candy shop. Photo opp after photo opp!

To check out Collo's cracking shots check out his blog http://collo-c4.blogspot.com.au/2012/01/derelict-adventures.html

Enjoy.
